SLES for SAP Applications 15 SP3 Update Webinar … with a bonus
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 15 SP3 is available, and SAP has validated it for SAP HANA systems about 30 days after it’s availability. So now you’re asking yourself, “What’s new in this version and how does it help me?”. Well, here’s how you find out.
I’m hosting a webinar titled “SLES for SAP Applications 15 SP3: What’s New and What’s Next” on September 9, 2021, 11:00 a.m. EDT / 17:00 CEST to answer that question. The presenter will be none other than Christian Holsing, Principal Product Manager for SAP infrastructure solutions at SUSE. If you are a Solutions Architect, an SAP Basis Admin, or other systems administrator responsible for SAP infrastructures, then this is your opportunity to learn about:
- New features that make it less complicated to setup HA for SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA
- Support for additional SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver HA scenarios
- A major update to the configuration package, now called “saptune3”
- Updates to automated deployment of SAP applications, and monitoring capabilities
Christian will also give you a preview into some exciting new capabilities on the roadmap for SLES for SAP Applications, including at least one that is planned for this Fall. What is it? Well, you’ll have to register for the webinar to find out.
Just CLICK HERE and invite your colleagues to register also. If the time or date don’t work for your schedule, register anyway. We’ll send you a follow-up email with a link to see the webinar on-demand.
“But wait, there’s more.”
We also have a bonus webinar for you. If you need to upgrade your version of SAP HANA and it requires that you upgrade your version of SLES for SAP Applications, then you may be losing sleep over how to do all of that without making a mistake that will take hours to troubleshoot. We have the answer for you.
The webinar “How to upgrade the OS AND SAP HANA and sleep well at night” gives you step-by-step instructions with a demo for an error-free upgrade. It’s presented by two SUSE architects who are dedicated to working in the SAP Linux Lab, Sören Schmidt and Thomas Schlosser.
Just CLICK HERE to register and view this webinar whenever it’s convenient for you.
