CIC’s Support Portal Guide: CIC’s KBAs
One of the many ways the Customer Interaction Center supports you, our customer, is by providing Knowledge Base Articles on the topics related to your business needs. Knowledge Base Articles (or KBA’s) provide step-by-step process instructions along with detailed screenshots when needed.
This blog will show you how to use the SAP Support Portal to search for KBAs as well as links to CIC’s very own Webcast KBAs which aim to empower you to get the most from your support and more!
Let’s get started! The first step is to go to the SAP Support Portal
Once there, enter some keywords on the topic you would like to find information on.
For this example, we have selected the topic ‘how to create an incident’ – here are the results:
As you can see in the below screenshot, this is a ‘How To’ KBA which will provide detailed steps to guide you on creating an incident on the SAP One Support Launchpad. You will see in the top left-hand corner the Component the topic is related to. This is good to know as you may have further queries on a KBA that you read and will be able to create an incident under the related KBA component so that the respective technical team can assist you.
Each of the following CIC Webcast KBAs contain the agenda, a link to the Webcast recording, the PDFs of the slides along with references to related KBAs and CIC Webcast resources so that you can access the information you need quickly and easily. We hope you will find them useful!
