Hello,

Did you know that you now have an overview of all your Cloud and On-Premise Renewals on SAP for Me?  Now you can look into the details of each of your contracts including renewal periods and fees, license materials by order and contract, and payment details and addresses.

While you’ve previously had a view of your entire Product Portfolio, Systems, Licenses, Orders, and much more within SAP for Me, we now introduce new cards within the Finance and Legal Customer Dashboard, providing transparency to all the renewal details and activities.

How Can You Access Your Renewal Details?

In SAP for Me, go the Customer section (S-User required), select “Customer Dashboards, and then the “Finance and Legal” Dashboard:

From there, you can click on the On-Premise or Cloud option at the top of the page and scroll down to see all your renewal details.

The Maintenance and Contract cards on SAP for Me represent the first phase towards the digitalization of all Cloud and On-Premise Renewals (both Active and Auto) across all LoBs, with the goal of simplifying and enhancing the customer’s renewal experience.

Stay tuned to the SAP for Me Community Blogs as SAP continues to enhance the Renewal experience on SAP for Me, including the ability to submit your renewal Purchase Orders digitally this fall!

In the meantime, you can provide feedback on your experience of using SAP for Me, suggest new features, or report a bug simply by using the Feedback option found on the right side of all pages in SAP for Me.  Simply click Feedback and the following window will open!
