Hands-On Video Tutorials

What You Will Learn

SAP Fieldglass is a cloud-based Vendor Management System to manage services procurement and external workforce management programs.

In this video series, Tahir Hussain Babar (Bob) from the SAP HANA Academy & Digital Partner Engineering, will show how to setup and use SAP Fieldglass Connectors (or APIs) to post / get data from SAP Fieldglass. To demonstrate this, we will use the Integration Connector Wizard within Integration Tools in the SAP Fieldglass Configuration Manager to create / edit / secure a Connector / API. The Connector we’ll setup is one which will enable you to post a Job Posting to SAP Fieldglass from Postman (or any application).

      Great blog.
      adding another reference for api’s.
      https://api.sap.com/package/FieldglassAPI/all

Api business hub provides a sandbox environment to try out all the api’s and also generate code snippet for quick implementations.

Great blog, I had two questions related to the tutorial:

      1. Does every Fieldglass instance come with already enabled standard Connectors, or do you have to enable each Connector individually to be able to use them through the API?
      2. Is there a way to get a list of all the available connectors in an account through the API? Since you need the Connector name to build the GET/POST request URL there doesn't seem to be a way to automate the retrieval of all Connectors' data without having to manually provide the Connector names.

I would appreciate any help regarding any of the questions! Thanks!
