Welcome to another edition of SAP Activate value blogs. In this blog, I want to introduce you to a new deliverable and task in the SAP Activate for SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation roadmap. Together with the help of the field this new deliverable and task is for the first phase of SAP Activate, the Discovery Phase. The Discovery Phase is a phase in our methodology in which my team are not the experts and always rely on our Value Engineers, Pre-Sales and Solution organization teams for the content. This is an area where the customer participates in questionnaires and business process exercises to assess the specific scope and type of SAP S/4HANA solution that best fits their needs and the future vision of the organization. Assessments are made for determining the level of organizational change management that may be required and what best practices the project teams should follow. Of course this content is available in our Roadmap Viewer tool.
The New Deliverable: Cloud Mindset Assessment - The purpose of this deliverable is to assess user adoption risks levels and review recommendations for risk mitigation.
The New Task: Execute the Cloud Mindset - The purpose of this task is to assess organizational readiness for the cloud subscription business model and then use the results to create awareness for organizational change management (OCM) related topics and activities for the business stakeholders.

openSAP microlearnings for SAP S/4HANA
Just a couple of months ago, we launched openSAP microlearnings for SAP S/4HANA as an exciting new learning opportunity. What began with a small batch of 20 videos, has now become a channel with more than 50 microlearnings that have generated over 20,000 views since then. Today we cover multiple lines of business, like Finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and key technology topics like Master Data Management, Extensibility, User Experience, and Upgrade Management. We are continuously adding new microlearnings to the SAP S/4HANA channel, so make sure you check them out.
