as you might know, SAP provides digital support experience with solutions for autonomous Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and service and support delivery for all customers and landscapes, integrating the products that make up the Intelligent Enterprise.
There are different approaches to ALM. Some customers prefer to run their applications using a standardized low-cost approach, while others have individual ALM requirements. Some customers use just a few SAP components, while others have landscapes with a high amount of SAP components. Finally, there are SAP customers as well, that do not have SAP components at all, but only use cloud applications from SAP.
To satisfy the different customer expectations, SAP provides multiple ALM offerings:
Customers might be not aware of each offering in detail, or they would like to know which approach fits best to their future strategy. To answer those questions and to help customers finding their “right ALM Solution” we created a new Learning Program within the SAP Application Lifecycle Management Value Map.
Each ALM offering is explained in detail and with the help of expert sessions, customers can identify the path to adopt the perfect ALM offering regarding to their needs
