With SAP for Me, SAP Partners have one single access point where you can get a 360-degree view of your SAP Partnership & your Customers, allowing you to easily interact with SAP and get immediate insights and guidance to support your engagement processes with your customers.
With 90% of projects being touched by an SAP Partner from our delivery ecosystem, close collaboration between SAP & Partners throughout implementations is essential for driving customer success. With the latest release of SAP for Me, SAP Partners can now access the Customer Cloud Projects Card, displaying information for your Partner-led cloud implementations, including the statuses from the SAP counterparts, bringing Partners & SAP closer together to ensure all involved parties have the insights they need to ensure successful projects and valued business outcomes for our joint customers.
Ensuring SAP and Partners work with the same data and tools is crucial in providing a 360-degree view of the project to help identify potential issues early and devise joint plans to mitigate those. This is also an essential step in giving customers a simple, consistent and orchestrated experience by acting as one with our magnificent SAP Partners.
The SAP for Me Customer Cloud Projects Card provides SAP Partners with a harmonized view of their partner-led implementations, providing you with an overview of projects where you are assigned as an implementation partner and as well as further insights regarding the number of waves, wave scope, wave stage & it's related status. Furthermore, SAP contacts associated with that customer and project are also displayed, to enable you to contact the right SAP counterpart at the right time.
To further support, we have also set up a Guided Partner Support to explain the card in more detail and also explains the process of how SAP Partners can register projects which are not currently visible in your SAP for Me Customer Cloud Projects card.
