Your voice matters: Help us improve SAP for Me and the representation of support

SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) enables SAP customers and partners to influence SAP’s solutions and participate in the development of products that better meet their needs and help their business. With this, SAP is able to create solutions which fit best to their customers needs and preferences an bring up technology innovations. CEI offers several interesting opportunities for customers to influence SAP’s solutions. One of those projects is the Representation of Support in SAP for Me.

 

But first … what is SAP for Me and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad?

SAP for Me is the new digital companion to interact with SAP along the complete customer journey and to get valuable guidance for their best personalized solution. The scope of SAP for Me will include the capability to perform all Service and Support related tasks, currently available on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

The SAP ONE Support Launchpad with the embedded Service and Support Applications (e.g. searching for knowledge documents, reporting incident, downloading software, manage support Users etc.) is the 3rd most visited website of SAP – used by more than 90,000 unique users every day as an integral part of their personalized Digital Support Experience.

 

What is the project “Representation of SAP Support in SAP for Me” about?

Goal of the project Representation of SAP Support in SAP for Me is to best integrate Service and Support in SAP for Me. As resulting activities, the goal is to work with interested customers allowing the team to early consider their input and strive for a customer driven design by defining and aligning various aspects of this representation, e.g. best entry point, navigation, search, linking of applications, visualization of support related information etc. In addition, the idea is to enable participants to get in touch with mock-ups, as well as full functional prototypes for early influence, hands-on and insights.

The target users are those who are interested in the topic, newest SAP Technology and who work with Service and Support applications. Besides that, partners can join as well if they are also interested in Service and Support applications and have to work with those on behalf of their customers.
