SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop “Premium Engagement Business Scenarios”, June 29, 2021

On June 29th, 2021 we hosted a virtual SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop to introduce our Premium Engagement customers to the recently unveiled “Premium Engagement Business Scenarios”. We introduced all 13 scenarios and deep dived into Take the Journey to S/4 HANA related scenarios, “Continuously improving Hybrid Operations” and “Start your Human Resources Transformation Journey with SAP”.
The event was kicked off by Matthieu Steiner, Head of Premium Engagement at SAP France who has organized and hosted the event. Matthieu took a moment to highlight the value of Premium Engagement partnerships and how different teams of experts are collaborating to bring the most of their SAP investment to our top customers.
Nicolas Jacquignon, VP, Global Premium Engagement Services, Customer Success at SAP took over to introduce Business Scenarios and gave us some context to understand where this new concept of Business Scenarios comes from and why SAP has decided to adapt its offering to offer those. He explained how they support SAP commitment to simplify Premium Engagements for our customers. It allows SAP to concentrate on the customers’ transformation with pre-defined service plans. Nicolas highlighted the fact that these Scenarios are specifically designed to address a Business Event and provide a unified experience from Sales to Delivery. He then quickly introduced the 13 Business Scenarios and provided links with more information. You can find below a presentation of each scenario:

Christian Zitron, Global Vice President, Customer Success at SAP deep dived into the Business Scenario Take the Journey to S/4 HANA and provided a holistic view on different approaches depending on your situation. He covered the S/4 HANA Digital Transformation Strategy, the Brownfield Journey, the Greenfield Journey and the S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition – Brownfield Journey and Digital Transformation Strategy including discovery services for RISE with SAP.
We were also pleased to have Thorsten Diegel, Services Portfolio Owner for Hybrid Operations, SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise, Customer Success at SAP, to present the Business Scenario “Continuously improving Hybrid Operations”. Thorsten explained how the scenario is orchestrated by showing what is included in the foundation and giving an overview of each of the 8 complementary modules.
Michael Raih, Team lead Center of Expertise Human Capital Management/Success Factors EMEA, Customer Success, SAP delivered a deep dive session into the topic “Start your HR Transformation Journey”. Michael guided our customers in the 6 different modules complementing the foundation of this Business Scenario.
Matthieu Steiner finally took over to thank all the participants and the speakers and invite our customers to reach out to their account team to learn more about Business Scenarios and explore how they could benefit given their specific context.
