In line with the EU call to action, SAP is hosting a forum featuring leading railway undertakings and infrastructure providers to discuss key topics that will elevate rail as the most relevant sustainable transport mode for both passengers and freight.

Urs Gehrig is Senior Consultant Business Development and Head of the Competence Center (CoC) Predictive Maintenance SBB. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering (HTL) and a Master in Law (lic. iur.). Urs Gehrig is leading a team within the corporate program «TranS4mation» regarding the transformation of SBB Infrastructure Division to SAP S/4HANA. He is giving lectures on Digitalized Maintenance at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Locomotive bOgie Condition mAinTEnance (LOCATE) project running European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. He is a Certified SAFe®️ 5 Agilist. Chairman of RAIL SIG for Intelligent Asset Management since 2019.

She is a recognised national expert with more than 15 years of experience in legal counselling for companies, who began her professional career as a legal officer and responsible for European and international projects managed by the network of Spanish Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Currently, she focuses her activity on the design and development of business strategies and intelligent projects, as well as real time management, protection and exploitation projects on data, assets and corporate information based on disruptive and innovative technologies.

Tina Rosario is head of Data Innovation and chief data officer at SAP. In this role, she is responsible for helping businesses in the EMEA region drive data innovation, typically as an important component of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Tina works directly with senior business executives to design a data management approach, future-state information capabilities, and execution of their data strategy. She has more than 25 years of experience in business process reengineering, defining business impact, and leading transformation programs. She also serves as president of the European chapter of the Women in Big Data network, whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She lives with her family in Paris, France.

Iain has been in the travel and transportation industry for over 35 years having started his career as a navigating officer in the merchant navy. He subsequently held various roles in the transportation and logistics industry until moving into the IT field in 1998, albeit still with a focus largely on transport and logistics, designing and developing solutions for the industry, providing business analysis, strategy, and consulting which led to his current role with SAP, and former role with IBM, very much focusing of business process reengineering and improvements, business strategy consulting, digital transformation and innovation. He has lived and worked in South Africa, England, India, Malaysia and is now based in Singapore.
