SAP Customer Engagement Initiatives are designed to provide interested customers (maybe that’s you who is just reading this blogpost) with early insights into new product developments. SAP is eager to listen to your feedback, input and ideas especially in the early stages of the development of our products.

Since the launch of SAP HANA Cloud in March 2020 we offer multiple, individual customer programs like the SAP HANA Cloud Headliner and Early Adopter Care Program. Learn more about the program by reading the Early Adopter Care Service Brief. With those programs we are focusing on supporting SAP HANA customers during their first steps with SAP HANA Cloud.
With our CEI we want to broaden our focus to appeal to everyone who is already using SAP HANA Cloud as well as everyone who is currently evaluating the product.
