SAPPHIRE NOW kicked off with a bang this week with a great keynote led by Christian Klein and Julia White (check it out here if you missed it live). The ‘reinvent’ message was heard loud and clear and will continue to be shared – and demonstrated – throughout the 400+ sessions to come with SAPPHIRE NOW over the next few weeks. And I’m pleased to share this will include several HR sessions designed specifically for you, companies in the midsize space.

Now, a bit more on the HR for Midsize Companies Subtrack. A recent study that SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and EY commissioned from Forrester Consulting revealed the direct correlation between positive employee experiences and business success. Specifically, for small and midsize companies, revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational agility were noted as the top 3 business outcomes most impacted by employee experience initiatives. But…it also revealed there are still some significant gaps when it comes to employee expectations versus reality. In short, when your employees win, your business wins – and there is a lot of upside for companies who are willing to prioritize and invest in their employee experience.
The HR for Midsize Companies Subtrack (found under the HR Track) offers a series of sessions to help you explore how your peers are using the employee experience as drivers for change.
