Screening potential employees often starts with data. The J-One Integrated Employment Screening & Drug Testing platform from Employment Background Investigations (EBI) is SAP certified for integration with cloud solutions. It lets businesses quickly order EBI’s screening services to evaluate and determine hiring decisions based on background, drug tests, and other data.

Supporting the Contingent Workforce
As we move closer to a post-pandemic world, many highly skilled and specialized contingent workers find themselves in high demand. Customers of SAP Fieldglass solutions saw a 16 percent increase year-over-year in hiring contingent healthcare workers. Healthcare isn’t the only growing sector. The SniperAI extension for SAP Fieldglass solutions uses technology like machine learning to match resumes and CVs with job specifications with improved accuracy, which helps reduce the time to hire and cost to hire. This means businesses using SAP Fieldglass solutions can cut time scanning resumes by 53% and reduce sourcing costs by 37%.

Growing a sustainable pool of external talent can be time and resource intensive. Talent Pool and Direct Sourcing from WorkLLama is a mobile-first engagement platform that uses automation and artificial intelligence to make it easy for candidates to apply for jobs and ask questions, and for current employees to refer friends.
