First Half (1H) 2021 Release: See What’s New in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation!

This means putting your people and their experiences at the center of everything, listening to their needs and providing them with the tools and information to be productive and make a real impact on the business. As we continue to deliver on our vision for Human Experience Management, with the first half (1H) 2021 release, we are excited to release new features and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation that will improve the employee experience.
Let’s take a look at what’s new…
You spoke and we listened. We greatly value customers feedback and based on the ideas you submitted on the SAP Contiuous Influence site for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, we have enhanced the filtering capabilities on compensation executive review. With smart filters, planners and HR Business Partners can now filter on any custom or standard field available on the worksheet as well as set parameters for each field type such as hire date between April and June, or annual salary higher than $75,000. These filters make it easier to hone in on specific areas of interest gain such as finding all employees who have been promoted, employees below guidelines, or employees with high performance ratings but low in the salary range.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation: Enhanced executive review filters
Employee recognition is more important than ever. Due to office shutdowns and social distancing guidelines, employees are experiencing an increased need for connection and recognition.
We’ve enhanced our rewards and recognition capabilities to make it easier for you to bring visibility to the awards your employees receive. Awards certificates boost employee morale, and when printed, can serve as a physical display of success and improve extrinsic employee motivation. Employee Central customers can now configure and generate award certificates as part of their reward and recognition programs. Employees can view and download awards certificates in PDF format and managers can print the award certificate to present a physical award to employees at important events along with gift cards or cash vouchers.

Creating a constant feedback loop between employees and HR not only transforms the employee experience, but it also drives resiliency and better business outcomes over time. With this release, we are excited to announce Qualtrics integration with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. You can now integrate Qualtrics surveys with compensation and variable pay forms so that you can collect feedback from managers at the time of submission of compensation worksheets, or at any step in the compensation route map. Additionally, you can integrate Qualtrics surveys with Reward and Recognition so that you can collect feedback from your employees upon completion of the spot award nomination process.
