User Group Sessions May 2021 – Register to learn more about Customer Collaboration Process

Hi all,

Ever wondered how SAP offers its customers the best post-sales experience wherever they connect with SAP? Exactly those global post-sales customer touchpoints are owned by the Global Post-Sales Processes Customer Influence & Interaction (CI&I) department, which is responsible for the processes and tools through which our customers interact with SAP. CI&I works in close alignment with the development, sales, consulting, and services organizations, among others, to ensure our processes are simple and harmonized so that our customers have a seamless experience.

To give a comprehensive overview what great user experience customers can expect from CI&I, the next User Group Sessions in May will focus on the theme Customer Collaboration Process. In 3 different sessions, SAP product experts will provide insights on different programs. Learn in this blogpost more about the content of each session and make sure to register.



Session 1: Gain insights on the availability of SAP cloud services and explore security and compliance topics

Transparency is a crucial resource when it comes to business success. To strengthen SAP’s role as a trusted provider of cloud services, the two useful tools SAP Trust Center and Cloud Availability Center support this mission. The SAP Trust Center is a self-service center where customers get information on security, privacy, and compliance topics. The Cloud Availability Center provides customers with a consolidated and transparent view of the availability and maintenance of cloud products in a personalized dashboard.

Session 2: SAP for Me as Your One-Stop-Shop into Your Product Portfolio

In today’s 24/7 business environment, time is an organization’s most precious resource. SAP for Me is the new Customer Portal from SAP, providing you with personalized access and a transparent view of your entire product portfolio. It provides a unified user experience with highly integrated E2E business processes spanning across all cloud and on-prem solutions. Join the session and learn more about the value and benefits of SAP for Me and how customers and partners can best leverage key capabilities, e.g. transparency in SAP licenses, cloud availability, products, systems and provisioning, SAP contacts and many more.

Session 3: “ONE identity for life” – Building a user management that satisfies today’s and future needs

Simplification is key for great customer experience. SAP is taking identity and user management (IUM) to the next level with SAP Universal ID, a personal and lifelong authentication for SAP portals now and in the future. SAP Universal ID allows you to access SAP systems with ONE account, holding your existing SAP accounts (S-/P-users). Our goal is to streamline and harmonize customer user management when interacting with SAP. IUM is the foundation to platforms like SAP for Me, impacting how customers manage their relationships with SAP.
