After the launch of SAP Intelligent RPA 2.0 at TechEd 2020, many of our customers are already experiencing the potential of a platform that is allowing you to build process automation without coding skills. Now you have the chance to get in touch with our latest low-code / no-code offering during the SAP Intelligent RPA Hackbot Challenge 2021.

Join our event with your team of colleagues and build your bot prototype to automate mundane tasks that occur on your day-to-day business. You will be provided with a list of predefined RPA Use Cases and the support by SAP team for the Hackathon. During the event, you will meet SAP Intelligent RPA experts and learn directly from them. So, you would get access to the state-of-the-art technology, receive professional support and exchange knowledge with your peers from other companies.

The goal of this Hackbot challenge is to give you the necessary technical foundation and knowledge to solve a given process scenario and automate it within 3 days. After a technical introduction to our platform you will utilize Design Thinking techniques in order to validate the use case. During this event you will investigate if your scenario will provide value to business users, and if it can be accomplished using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation. As part of the overall chatbot ideation phase, we will define personas that would use the chatbot as an end-user.

We will use the findings from our design thinking session as a foundation of our RPA prototype and start assembling our Bot with SAP Intelligent RPA. This platform allows you to create, schedule, manage and monitor intelligent bots to redirect resources to high-value activities and processes. For instance, a bot can be developed to click through a workflow with multiple steps and applications, such as filing a form or updating a spreadsheet. The goal is to reduce the burden of repetitive, simple tasks on employees, in order to let them focus on strategic and valuable tasks. The flexible automation capabilities provide business agility, efficiency, and frees up resources for high value activities. It also comes with a user-friendly, web-based interface which is absolutely ideal for this format, so you can easily share the scenario you have built with your colleagues. The best part, it comes with a free trial, and everything you build can be taken home for internal presentations or further development. All of this will be delivered remotely in a very interactive way. We are planning to give presentations, hands-on exercises and the expert trainers who can support your team if you are stuck.
