Superb news! We have started 2021 by improving the overall user community experience for SAP Analytics Cloud customers and partners. Better content, better UI and a better experience. To ensure we provide with all our best practices and the most useful blogs, videos and resources in one central place, we started the year off reworking the content of the SAP Analytics Cloud community page. We added new topic pages and tags and we are now focusing more on user contributions via blogs, questions and comments. The brand-new layout lets you access the feed with the latest activity in a separate “Community Content” tab on the top.
Let’s dive into it and look at the new Community page. You now have a Follow button on the top of the page that makes it easier for you to follow our tags. Make sure to subscribe to get updates on new blogs and questions around different areas of SAP Analytics Cloud!
The main page gives you an overview of our topic pages to dive deeper into the different parts of SAP Analytics Cloud. These pages contain all the getting started content and best p ractices as well as the most relevant blogs, important documentation and videos about SAP Analytics Cloud. These here are the pages, so make sure to bookmark them for easy access whenever you need them:
Bring your expertise, participate and engage with product experts and your peers. Answer their questions and share your latest insights in a blog. And if you need some help once in a while, do not hesitate to ask questions on things that are not clear to you! The community is here to help and to answer your questions quickly without the need to go through a formal ticket.
You can easily ask a question or write a blog via the shortcuts on top of the page. The SAP Analytics Cloud tags will already be pre-populated. The full list of blogs and answers is accessible via the Community Content tab just below. You will see the latest ones on top, but you can also search and filter the list according to your criteria.
