Recentemente foi publicada uma nova versão do leiaute do relatório EFD-Reinf, o 1.5.1, e nesse post vamos explicar quais são os impactos do novo leiaute na solução do TDF. Você quer saber quais são as alterações e melhorias implementadas para atender a atualização dessa obrigação legal? Então vamos lá.
As principais alterações apresentadas nesse novo leiaute foram as seguintes:
- O namespace (identificação dos eventos no arquivo XSD) foi atualizado para 5.1 em todos os eventos
- O evento R-2055 - Aquisição de produção rural foi criado
- Nele foi incluído o campo retifS1250
- Os eventos de fechamento (R-2099) e os eventos de retorno (R-5001 e R-5011) foram alterados para contemplar o novo evento
- O pacote de comunicação com o governo foi atualizado
Além dos pontos mencionados, o ambiente de produção restrita também foi atualizado para o novo leiaute. Vale lembrar que o ambiente de produção se manterá com a versão 1.4 até o dia 20/05/2021.
Sendo assim, para atender essas alterações, realizamos as seguintes atualizações no TDF:
- O Messaging Framework foi atualizado para contemplar o leiaute 1.5.1 em toda a sua parte de comunicação, tanto através do PI quanto do SOAMANAGER. O Messaging Framework também conta com a possibilidade de criação e envio de eventos em versões distintas. Isso significa que você pode reportar tanto o leiaute 1.4 quanto o leiaute 1.5.1.
As SAP Notes que contemplam as atualizações nessa funcionalidade são as seguintes:
- 3038031 - [TDF SP15] Note 062: MF - Proxy Objects for EFD-Reinf Layout 1.5.01
- 3038032 - [TDF SP15] Note 063: MF - EFD-Reinf Layout 1.5.01
- 3038030 - [TDF SP15] Note 064: EFD-Reinf - Implementation of PI Objects for SAP Note 3038032
- Já o relatório EFD-Reinf (transação /EFD/REINF) também foi atualizado para contemplar esse novo leiaute.
Para o relatório foi criada uma nova parametrização que pode ser acessada através da transação SM30, a Identify EFD-Reinf Layout Version (/TMF/D_R_LAYOUT).
Parametrização Identify EFD-Reinf Layout Version (/TMF/D_R_LAYOUT)
A partir dessa parametrização, você pode determinar a versão de leiaute válida para um tipo de ambiente especifico.
Note que o campo Valid From deve respeitar a data de disponibilização da versão do leiaute em determinado ambiente do governo (produção ou pré-produção).
Essa parametrização é mantida em conjunto com a pré-existente parametrização Identify EFD-Reinf Environment (/TMF/D_R_TP_AMB), onde é definido o tipo de ambiente do evento que está sendo gerado (campo tpAmb do XML gerado).
As SAP Notes que contemplam essas atualizações são as seguintes:

- 3038066 - [TDF SP15] Note 065: EFD-Reinf - Automatic Implementation of Data Dictionary Objects for SAP Note 3037470
É importante mencionar que o pré-requisito para implementação desse novo leiaute do EFD-Reinf no TDF é o Support Package 15.

TDF: EFD-Reinf Report Update for Version 1.5.1
A new layout version of the EFD-Reinf report was recently published, the 1.5.1, and in this post, we'll explain the impacts of the new layout on the TDF solution. Do you want to know what changes and enhancements are implemented to meet the update of this legal obligation? Let's go.
The main changes to this new layout are the following:
- Namespace (identification of events in the XSD file) has been updated to 1.5.1 for all events
- R-2055 Event - Acquisition of rural production was created
- Inclusion of the retifS1250 field
- Closing events (R-2099) and return events (R-5001 and R-5011) have been changed to contemplate the new event
- The government communication package's been updated
In addition to the points already mentioned, the restricted production environment was also updated to the new layout. It's worth remembering that the production environment will remain with the 1.4 version until May 20, 2021.
Therefore, to meet these changes, we made the following updates to TDF:
- Messaging Framework has been updated to include the 1.5.1 layout in its entire communication part, both through PI and SOAMANAGER. Messaging Framework now also has the possibility to create and send events in different versions. This means that you can report both layout 1.4 and layout 1.5.1.
The SAP Notes that include updates to this functionality are the following:
- 3038031 - [TDF SP15] Note 062: MF - Proxy Objects for EFD-Reinf Layout 1.5.01
- 3038032 - [TDF SP15] Note 063: MF - EFD-Reinf Layout 1.5.01
- 3038030 - [TDF SP15] Note 064: EFD-Reinf - Implementation of PI Objects for SAP Note 3038032
- The EFD-Reinf report (transaction /EFD/REINF) has also been updated to include this new layout.
A new Customizing activity has been created for this report, the Identify EFD-Reinf Layout Version (/TMF/D_R_LAYOUT), and it can be accessed using transaction SM30.
Identify EFD-Reinf Layout Version (/TMF/D_R_LAYOUT)
In this Customizing activity you can determine the layout version valid for a specific environment type.
Note that the Valid From field must be according to the availability date of the layout version in a certain government environment (production or preproduction).
This Customizing activity is maintained together with the pre-existing Identify EFD-Reinf Environment (/TMF/D_R_TP_AMB), where the environment type of the event being generated is defined (field tpAmb of the generated XML).
The SAP Notes that include these updates are the following:

It's important to mention that the prerequisite for the implementation of this new layout of EFD-Reinf in TDF is Support Package 15.
