SAP Gold Partner SNP Poland – the leader of the SAP services market and part of the SNP Group, a global provider of solutions for transformation of SAP environments – is a partner with a broad experience including ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, for more than 25 years. They currently count 400 customers in over 50 countries, and several of their installed base enterprises have expressed their interest in moving to the cloud.
Many of their Polish customers have asked for time management and workforce scheduling – functions that are often requested, but unfortunately can’t be implemented with a standard SAP solution. Local regulations, legal requirements and other variables need to be considered to offer working time planning, at the same time guaranteeing full compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code, and dynamically manage changing staff schedules in production and retail.
SNP Poland realized this gap in the market and developed SNP E-TIME on SAP Business Technology Platform, a self-service web application that allows managers to plan the time of their employees, taking into account their availability and preferences, in accordance with legal and corporate regulations – anytime, anywhere. SNP E-Time can be tailored to specific requirements of a given enterprise and easily be extended with additional functions, such as efficient and automatic work schedule planning. Thanks to automation, SNP E-Time allows managers to shorten the preparation of teamwork schedules from days to just a few minutes.
With the active support of the SAP Partner Solution Center in MEE, SNP E-TIME was packaged into an SAP-qualified partner-packaged solution, for the customer to easily adopt the product. As of today, SNP Poland already counts two reference customers / case studies: Duni Group (in manufacturing) and LPP (in retail).
SNP E-Time is the first solution of this type in Poland to be certified as SAP-qualified partner-packaged solution for SAP SuccessFactors.
