G2K- C4C- How to reuse the emails templates that you using in others workflows
Today, I want to share with you how I am using the email templates that are used in the workflow rules for other workflow rules. The idea is to spend less time on these activities and making our work with C4C easier.

Use case: Create a new email template from the existing email template for the Sales process.
- How to see the Emails Templates that exist in the C4C
- Open the Workcenter Sales and Select the Template View (1, 2)
- In the All Workflow Notification Templates view, select the registry that you need to reuse. (3)
- Finally, click on the download (4)
- Adapt the Email Template and go to the Workflow rule to use the new Template Email like you need. (5)
- That´s all!
