Hey everyone. Wishing health and happiness as always at the start of my blogs. Happiness is a mind set. Ok, let's get after it... This might be the easiest blog that I have written in years. Topic: SAP Activate methodology. What about it? It is Innovation-as-a-Service concept that is constantly evolving through direct customer and partner feedback and our process of being in lock step in the end-to-end content sprint lifecycle process with our SAP S/4HANA Cloud product teams.

We have received a lot of feedback from customers and partners alike about 'all things' SAP S/4HANA Cloud and 'all things' SAP Activate cloud deployment methodology. So we decided to blog about it. I am going to highlight some of the past two weeks of blog posts from the SAP Activate methodology team. They are made up of great summaries of some of our most asked about terms and topic scenarios in SAP deployment projects.

Two of the biggest topics on our mind today is “Rise with SAP” and “SAP Activate“. If you are a consultant or Project Manager of software implementations, you for sure have heard of SAP Activate. Now for the Intelligent Bots and RPA (Robotics Process Automation) I started to get dizzy, but than I read the new blog post by Jitendra Bhandari called Implement Intelligent SAP BOTS and RPA in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Projects using the SAP Activate Methodol...

Jit's blog post will illustrate to you how to find the business processes containing the various ready-to-use Process Automation bots and how to use the SAP Activate Methodology to guide you and your project team. The customers can start their transformation journey using SAP S/4HANA With Process Discovery and can request their own Process Discovery as shown in Figure 1 below:


 

Fit-to-standard? Huh, what? Ya lost me? Cloud software... I know,,, I know... But what does it mean to me the Project Manager? This new blog post by lbettuzziFit-to-Standard: How Does It Support the Big Picture? Read how Lauren breaks down one of the most mission critical parts of the SAP Activate deployment methodology. Nice work Lauren from Chicagooooo. 🙂

And how about one of our most viewed and read blogs in 2021 SAP Activate Methodology for RISE with SAP SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition by adnette.kamugisha  Read the full blog post where  Adi lays out the private cloud edition roadmap. This brand-new implementation roadmap covers two implementation scenarios: System Conversion and New Implementation. We will later continue to enhance the roadmap by adding additional content to support all transition scenarios within RISE with SAP.

And last, but definitely not least, our in-house IronWoman, kstledger  dicusses our most important asset our SAP Activate – Customer Feedback in her new blog post published today, March 10, 2021. Kelsey does a great job of summarizing the many parts of SAP Activate and how you can get up to speed fast for your next SAP S/4HANA Cloud project.

Just a couple of months ago, we launched openSAP microlearnings for SAP S/4HANA as an exciting new learning opportunity. What began with a small batch of 20 videos, has now become a channel with more than 50 microlearnings that have generated over 20,000 views since then. Today we cover multiple lines of business, like Finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and key technology topics like Master Data Management, Extensibility, User Experience, and Upgrade Management.
