Listening to user feedback, one small change when creating your own phrase is that now you must have an English translation. This is needed before you save a draft of your new phrase or before you finalize the phrase. This translation is the name of your new phrase, until you create a translation in your logon language, assuming your logon language isn’t English. Released in November 2020, the Manage Phrase-Enabled Fields app (more information about the app here) is only one of the improvements within Phrase Management for Product Compliance.
Phrases are also now being delivered using the Regulatory Content Service (more information about it here), new phrases are being delivered in product marketability, safety data sheet management, and dangerous goods management. New updated embedded phrases in toxicological information and other embedded content in both German and English were also included in February 2021.
