Help Us Get Better: Your Feedback Matters

Ever read the SAP Business ByDesign Help on the SAP Help Portal thinking that certain information is missing, outdated, or difficult to understand? Grab the opportunity and let us know:

You’ll find a small pop-up in the bottom right corner of the screen: “Was this topic helpful?”

If you feel that a certain topic didn’t meet your expectations, click “No” and share your thoughts on what could be better.

Giving feedback is your chance to be heard and it’s quick, easy, and anonymous.

What are you waiting for?

Thanks Sabrina.  It's a great idea, but I was wondering where it ended up.  Will be sure to use it going forward.

      Hi Carol,

Thanks a lot for reaching out.
Our user assistance team is already evaluating the feedback we have been receiving. Then we'll adjust and update the relevant documents where possible.
Also, this is not intended as a one-time initiative - the more feedback we receive over time, the better. Our aim is to provide valuable documentation that supports our users. Hence we are eager to hear what our readers think.
      Hope that helps.

      Kind regards,

      Sabrina

Hi Sabrina. On a general note I find that many of the Help Portal pages don't actually have links to the actual places in ByD to fix the problem. The words are often useful but you then spend a lot of time trying to find how to apply the fix.

      Hi Jeff,

Many thanks for pointing this out.
Would you like to see more links in the documents that point to step-by-step instructions and / or do you find some of the information too general to solve a specific issue?
Maybe you even have a concrete example in mind that you would like to share?

      Kind regards,

      Sabrina
