How to provide feedback about SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit?

In our continued effort to improve the application based on your feedback, we implemented an easy way how to provide feedback.

Customers can submit feedback directly through the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit, at the overall cockpit level or specifically for each data subsection, via the feedback icons at any time.

To provide overall cockpit feedback:

  1. Click on the feedback icon in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click on “Give Feedback” that triggers the survey pop up to provide feedback
  3. Review “How we process feedback”

In addition to the existing icon for overall cockpit feedback, every 3 months a pop up of this survey will appear inviting to provide feedback.

 

 

Additionally to the overall feedback customers can point us to a particular data section and share with us what they liked and what could be improved.

To provide feedback on SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit data subsections:

  1. Select the section
  2. Click on the feedback icon on the right-hand side of the data subsection
  3. Click on “Give Feedback” that triggers the survey pop up to provide feedback
  4. Review “How we process feedback”

 

All feedback provided at the subsection level will be consolidated and the average rating will be displayed on the Summary indicator page of the respective section. This lets customers see the overall average rating and number of responses.

Customers can see how we analyzed their feedback and how it feeds into the cockpit roadmap for continuous improvement on SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit Support Portal page support.sap.com/esrc.

This page is updated on a monthly basis and can be accessed from within the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit by clicking on “How we process feedback” link within the feedback dialog box or from the end of survey message.
