“Cannot load tile” error in Fiori Launchpad Groups for Supplier Invoice Processing

If you encounter a “cannot load tile” issue after the 2102 upgrade here is how you can fix the issue.

When you click the tile you will receive the error message:Error%20description

There are two tiles that could be affected currently.

  1. Release Blocked invoices
  2. Park Supplier Inovices

Which is which you can find from the Catalog Tile ID in the error message.
SAP_MM_BC_INV_PARK_PC –> Park Supplier Invoices
SAP_MM_BC_INV_RELEASE_PC –> Release Blocked Inovices

In order to fix this issue the tiles need to be deleted and added again.
To do this click on your avatar and then “Edit Home Page”.

You can now remove the tiles by pressing the little “x”.

Then you can add them again by pressing the “+” (where the next new tile would be).

You can chose all tiles from the business catalogs included in the business roles of your user.

If you found the tile just click the pin icon in the bottom.

Close and save your changes.

If your user does not contain the business catalog, you will not be able to add the tile.

 

In conclusion: If you encounter an “cannot load tile” error, remove the erroneous tile and add it again if you can.
