SAP and msg global are pleased to announce a major milestone for SAP Commerce, Financial Services Accelerator.
The first open source version of the accelerator front end based on project “Spartacus” is available. Project Spartacus offers a lean, Angular-based JavaScript storefront for SAP Commerce Cloud that communicates through the SAP Commerce REST API. This supports our customer demand for a modern Customer Experience architecture and a seamless integration into an existing system landscape.
With the newly offered Financial Services Accelerator (FSA) Frontend for project “Spartacus”, we are able to provide more frequent releases, simpler upgrades and faster development.
Besides the more frequent releases we are able to receive direct feedback from SAP customers, the SAP partner community and consumers, as well as direct contributions to the open source project.
