CIO Guide for Cloud and Hybrid Integration Architectures: SAP TechEd Expert Q&A for SAP Community

At the virtual SAP TechEd 2020 we delivered a lecture about the new Integration Architecture Guide for Cloud and Hybrid Landscape (see recording on YouTube): This document provides enterprise and integration architects with detailed guidance on how to evolve their existing integration architecture based on the SAP technology offerings available today. It focuses specifically on integration services used to cover all integration needs in heterogeneous landscapes.

For the ones of you who have missed to join the “Meet the Speaker” session at SAP TechEd you are now welcome to engage with us on this topic as part of the SAP TechEd for SAP Community: We scheduled for you a repetition of the “Meet the Speaker” session related to the lecture “CIO Guide for Cloud and Hybrid Integration Architectures”.

Let’s kick the session off with a brief introduction into SAP’s integration strategy followed by the SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), the new Integration Architecture Guide for Cloud and Hybrid Landscape is based on. Next, let’s focus on the key SAP integration technologies of the process and data integration style and look at some integration best practices which are described as part of this guide.

The figure below shows the scope of the lecture (yellow boxes) and the full scope (+ grey boxes) of the integration guide:

As this is an “Expert Q&A” session you may raise any questions about the topics of the integration guide.

If integration technologies and concepts are of relevance for you, you are welcome to register here for the live event which is scheduled for February 25th, from 4:00 to 4:40 pm CET.

If you have already some specific questions in mind, it would be great if you could add these as a comment to this blog. This will allow us to address these as part of the live event.

Looking forward to seeing you soon at the session!
