Early Adopter Program: Ariba Network New Supplier Portal Service Entry Sheets

With the new Ariba Network Supplier Portal, you can get to your documents faster with the new overview bar and tiles. This blog post will cover specifically Service Sheets (SES) as a document type. The content below is only applicable to Ariba Network suppliers who are part of the early adopter program for the new Ariba Network Supplier Portal.

To learn what’s new in the supplier portal, watch the short videos for enterprise accounts and standard accounts.

You can search, filter and access your service entry sheets in two ways in the new portal:

Main Navigation Menu

Go to “Fulfilment” in the navigation bar and select “Service Sheets”. This will take you to a familiar screen in the classic portal where you will see a list of available service sheets.

Tiles

The boxes with counts you see on your homepage are called tiles. Each tile shows you a count of your relevant documents, and these tiles make up your overview bar. You can create a tile specifically for service sheets, so that you can get to them much faster.

Go to “Workbench” and click on the “Customize” icon to see all available tiles and select “Service sheets”. Click on “apply” to save.

Once the tile is added, you can edit the filters to search for SES criteria you care about. Once you’ve added the filters, click apply and save.

Add a description to help you remember what the tile is about and save. Quick tip: you can create multiple tiles for service sheets with different filter criteria (i.e. a SES tile by customer or date range). This saved view can help get you to your desired worklist much faster next time you log in.
