- Insight-to-Action: Create target groups for customers from any report
Marketing, Sales and Service employees are now able to directly create target groups from a report (Blog).
- Global Trade Item Number for KIT header product in Over the Counter Sales scenario
Customer in the Over The Counter sales (OTC) scenario can now use a GTIN/UPC (Global Trade Item Number) for the kit header product as it needs to be charged for the overall kit and scan that UPC rather than the individual products (Blog).
- Partner libraries for CRM determined parties and Organizational Management
Partners would need cloud studio reusable libraries for Territory Mapping functionality, which includes libraries to return parties determined in CRM document, libraries to read Organizational management related information (Blog).

- Microsoft Teams® for SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Business ByDesign users are now enable to easily access features (e.g. opportunity or account list) of the SAP Business ByDesign system directly from Microsoft Teams (Blog).
- Intelligent Mobile Expense Scanning
With the new release users are enabled to scan a receipt, which will be than converted as an expense within an expense report (Blog).
- End Session and Unlock Documents
Key user can now view logged-on users with one or multiple sessions, and end such a session, if required (Blog).

- 1099-NEC Withholding Tax Return for Nonemployee Compensation
The new Tax Report Type 1099-NEC is now available for reporting nonemployee compensation in US. Using this tax report type, it is possible to generate the 1099-NEC form as well as the 1099-NEC file. This income type was removed from 1099-MISC return (Blog).
- Lease Accounting Enhancements
With the new release the lease accounting capabilities has been enhanced e.g. closed lease contracts can be reopened if the right of use asset is not yet retired (Blog).
- Web Service for Bank Statements
The new capabilities enable partners and customers to mass upload bank statements by using the ManageBankStatementIn web service (Blog)

TCS tax code determination
TCS tax codes can be auto determined and thus manual effort of selecting tax codes for each line item in the sales documents can be avoided (Video).
Customers can now generate output DAT file that will have amount for each 6111 codes and other details as per the prescribed format by authority (Video).
Unified Reporting Enhancement with new filters
Customers can now reduce the size of the BKMVDATA.txt file based on the new filters introduced (Video).
- VAT Postponement
Without Changing Tax due date in the posted supplier invoice, customers are now able to know the tax liability as well as postpone the tax line items using Test Run functionality (Video).
CU file and form return
Customers can create a single file return on annual basis during file reporting (Video).

Tax Responsible fields on Customer & Supplier Data Sources
It is now possible to create reports to show the tax information fields for a South Korean supplier or customer by using the data sources ‘Supplier Details’ or ‘Account Details’ (Video).
Customers can now generate a new Tax return run text file as per the prescribed format by Tax agency (Video).
SEPA Direct Debit Deposit for Bill of Exchange
With this release SEPA Direct Debit payment file can also be used for Bill of Exchange payment initiation (Video).
SII Legal WSDL and Date Changes
Customers could continue with SII Return and reporting with the latest WSDL schema changes and validation checks in place (Video).

The product valuation type uploader uses a simple Excel template to enter the valuation type per product which is then uploaded and processed into SAP Business ByDesign via the standard File Input feature (Blog).
Web Service for Bank Statements, the link to Blog is not working. "Page not found"
I do like the Support Satisfaction Survey in Incident Management - when you complete an incident, it opens the Survey questionnaire immediately.
Today, I closed a ticket in the test environment and filled in the survey. However, I still received the email to complete the survey and when I selected it, I could still fill it in. Will this be stopped when this goes into Production?
