One of the main features of the S/4HANA Cloud Community is Edmin, our AI-enabled Conversational Chatbot. As of 2023, Edmin has helped over 61,000 users answering over 95,700 questions. By answering almost 100k conversations, our S/4HC chatbot has helped our worldwide users 24 x7 in real time to get immediate answers to their questions - allowing them to be more effective in their work.
Did you know Edmin was
the winner of the global SAP Machine Learning Challenge 2019? This chatbot managed to win against 60 other teams with over 200 colleagues engaged globally!
