One of the main features of the S/4HANA Cloud Community is Edmin, our AI-enabled Conversational Chatbot.   In 2020, Edmin has helped over 39,000 users answering over 53,700 questions.  By answering 39,000 conversations, our S/4HC chatbot has helped our worldwide users 24 x7 in real time to get immediate answers to their questions.

 

Did you know Edmin was the winner of the global SAP Machine Learning Challenge 2019 ? This chatbot managed to win against 60 other teams with over 200 colleagues engaged globally!

For 2021, the Edmin team continues to improve its results, with additional new FAQs from many internal SAP LOB teams including localization topics.  In addition, a direct feedback feature is coming soon.
