Olá pessoal,
Hoje, vamos falar sobre uma mudança na customização entregue pela SAP para o SAP ACR Brazil Option. O objetivo da mudança foi dar mais flexibilidade na criação das tarefas de execução dos relatórios fiscais e eliminar a necessidade de atualizações de conteúdo a cada novo leiaute que entregamos.
Primeiramente, queremos deixar claro que estamos falando da customização da view do ACR (srfvc_rpg_ent), não de tabelas específicas de TDF, como a /tmf/d_view_vers. A configuração entregue é apenas um modelo, que pode ser alterado ou utilizado como base para configurar suas próprias definições de relatórios. Isso é feito através do item Setting Up Your Compliance Reports. Em um ambiente On-premise, é possível editá-la direto pela transação SM34 no backend. Clientes da versão On-Premise que possuem ACR recebem o conteúdo através do BC-Set do ACR.
Qual foi a mudança? Basicamente, os relatórios passaram a adotar modelo ad hoc. Com isso, ao invés de aparecerem inúmeras tarefas no app Run Advanced Compliance Reports, o usuário tem a liberdade de as adicionar clicando no botão Add, no canto direito da tela. Ao fazer isso, três campos precisam ser preenchidos, como mostra a imagem abaixo: a data de entrega, o período a ser reportado e o ano.
A partir daqui, o comportamento dos relatórios continua o mesmo. A novidade está no fato de que, caso nenhum arquivo tenha sido aceito pelo governo, é possível excluir a tarefa clicando no ícone abaixo:
Essas mudanças estão planejadas para serem disponibilizadas na release 2105 de Cloud e por SAP Note, no caso da versão On-Premise do SAP S/4HANA.

SAP S/4HANA for advanced compliance reporting, Brazil option: Changes in the Report Customization
Hi everyone,
Today, we are going to talk about a change in the customization delivered by SAP for SAP ACR Brazil Option. The aims of this change are to offer more flexibility in the creation of execution tasks of tax reports and to eliminate the need of content updates with every delivered layout.
First, we would like to clarify that we are talking about the customization of the view of the ACR (srfvc_rpg_ent), not of specific TDF tables, like /tmf/d_view_vers. The delivered configuration is only a model, which can be altered or used as a base to configure your own report definitions. This is done through the Setting Up Your Compliance Reports item. In an On-premise environment, it is possible to edit it directly through the SM34 transaction in the backend. Customers with the On-Premise version who have ACR receive the content through the ACR BC-Set.
The change was actually in the fact that the reports started to adopt an ad hoc model. Thus, instead of countless tasks showing in the Run Advanced Compliance Reports app, the user is free to add them clicking on the Add button, on the right corner of the screen. On doing so, three fields must be filled out, as shown in the image below: Due Date, Reporting Period and Reporting Year.
From this moment on, the report behavior remains the same. The news is that it is possible to exclude the task if no file was accepted by the government by clicking on the icon shown in the image below:
These changes have been planned to be made available in the Cloud release 2105 and through SAP Note for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise.
