VETS 4212 Using SuccessFactors
The Veterans Employment (Form VETS 4212) report is a legal requirement to collect the data and make it available to OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs). The VETS-4212 report needs to be provided for a certain “establishment” which is related to a certain location which means to a certain place with a concrete address. Reporting Entity for NA is used to combine the single legal entity and single location. Reporting Entity for NA can be configured as follows –
Reporting Entity for NA –
Go to Manage Data –>Create –>Reporting Entity for NA
Enter the External Name and Effective Start Date
For Example – I am entering here as ACE Consolidated and effective start date as 01012020
Enter One of the following Report code- EEO, VETS-100 , VETS 4212. So here I am entering VETS 4212.
Enter the Legal Entity and Location.
Enter the Employer ID,EEO Company Id, DUNS, NAICS Code, VETS Company ID, Headquarter as Yes/ No, EEO Reporting Unit, VETS reporting Unit, Parent Reporting Entity if any, VETS reporting Organization type, STATS Canada ID If applicable, company Contact & EEO Filled last year as Yes/ No

This is a great bit of advice to satisfy a complex but important reporting requirement!
The Report Code field has no options in the picklist. Any idea how to populate this??
(FYI - My environment has it named as "Reporting Entity for North America")
Hi Mike,
You can use picklist center to configure the picklist as follows --
ReportCode (external codes: All, EEO, VETS-100, VETS4212)
Thanks

I'm working on the set-up for my company. Does anyone have a working definition for what values should be used in the picklists for EEO Reporting Unit and VETS reporting Unit. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
