      under the What's New in SAP Business ByDesign Link, We have mention of the Web assistant as below. Can we get more information / details about this one. So far I could not find any detail in the system.

      Web Assistant with Guided Tours now Available

      As of now, you can use the web-based help system Web Assistant in addition to the Help Center to display guided tours for selected work center views.

      The Web Assistant displays the content as an overlay that partially covers the underlying application, which allows users to get started quickly and find the information easily, exactly when they need it.

      A guided tour provides the user with step-by-step process guidance and leads the user through the creation process of, for example, a sales order.
