Top Tech Predictions According to some Strategic Partners

It’s difficult to predict what’s going to happen next when the global environment is so unpredictable. During these challenging times, business leaders are continually adjusting and reimagining the way they do business. As companies adapt to the fluid situation, industry leaders see some key trends emerging.

We spoke to several SAP partners to discuss how they see businesses navigating the new normal as industries move forward. They share an optimistic outlook for the future, and we captured their insightful conversations in the SAP Predictions Series.

The videos in the series feature partner insights on key trends and predictions for a variety of issues ranging from supply chain resilience to how artificial intelligence is changing the customer experience. Some of the videos are featured below, and we will showcase more of these conversations as they happen.

Here are some of the highlights from the SAP Predictions Series:

Google Cloud :
Hear from Chris Hallenbeck, Managing Director, Database, Analytics, & AI/ML at Google Cloud, on how bank interactions are going conversational by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI). Customers can use chat technology (via voice or text) to interact directly with a transactional system. Chris predicts that more companies will become real-time enterprises, and that it may be the dividing line between companies that survive and thrive through the pandemic and those that don’t.

Vadhi explains how digital supply chains allow employees to gain visibility into global inventory, which can aid decision making in a remote working environment. He also addresses the importance of key trends such as sustainability and digital manufacturing, with the creation of smart factories.
