SAP Conversational AI Tutorial Challenge 2021 – Submissions Open!
A new year means a new challenge: that’s why we have decided to launch the SAP Conversational AI Tutorial Challenge, starting today!
The adoption of chatbots and conversational AI technology becomes bigger every single day, and so is our SAP community.
With this challenge, we want to encourage people for sharing their valuable knowledge on SAP Conversational AI but also reward them.
This is a unique opportunity to showcase what can be achieved with our chatbot building platform and win great prizes!
How does it work?
Very simple!
Step 1
Write your own SAP Conversational AI tutorial and post it on the SAP Community. Your tutorial should explain step-by-step how to build your own chatbot using SAP Conversational AI.
Even better if you combine your chatbot with other SAP or non-SAP solutions!
Please do not repost the same content published either by you or someone else in the community, otherwise it’ll not be taken into account.
Prerequisites:
- Put “Challenge Submission” into the blog post title
- Choose a business use case for your chatbot (e.g. customer support, IT helpdesk for employees, shopping assistant…)
- Select “Technical Article” as blog category
- Tag your post with “SAP Conversational AI Tutorial Challenge 2021” user tag
- Ensure your blog post follows the SAP Community blogging standards and rules of engagement
Step 2
The 3 most-liked tutorial blog posts on the SAP Community published from this date to Friday, March 12, 11:59pm CET will win a prize!
Winners will be contacted after the challenge for their prizes.
What are the prizes?
🏅 1st, 2nd & 3rd places: An invitation to present their demo during an SAP Community Call, in front of SAP Conversational AI team members, SAP customers, SAP partners, and more!
For more information about past SAP Community calls, please visit this page.
🏅1st, 2nd & 3rd places: A private training and Q&A session with the SAP Conversational AI team
🏅1st place only: A private meeting with Feiyu Xu, Head of Artificial Intelligence at SAP, and Karsten Schmidt, Head of SAP Conversational AI
Are you ready? Happy chatbot building! 🤖🏆

Great initiative for bringing more use cases!!!
Can this be using Open-Source tools like rasa , integrated with SAP though
Hi,
Yes, as long as SAP Conversational AI is used as a centerpiece of the use case, it works.
You can use SAP Conversational AI APIs to use it as a backend or frontend of your project.
Thanks,
Paul
Hello Paul, could we use CPI for this challenge?
Hello João Secco
Yes of course, as long as SAP Conversational AI is used as well 🙂
Thanks!
Excellent initiative !!
Great Initiative !! Number of likes is the only criteria for prizes?
Yes, that's correct!
Hi Paul,
When would the results be officially announced?

Shreeram
