With the ongoing situation of COVID-19, online commerce is increasingly and undeniably seen by many as the centrepiece of the digital transformation strategy. Companies find themselves needing to adapt and pivot quickly in order to accelerate the trend and quickly meet customers’ needs.
In these times of uncertainty and opportunity, I am pleased to share a Q&A session with Udo Sträßer, Chief Revenue Officer at e-Spirit who has graciously accepted to talk about the company’s integration journey with SAP and how they are simplifying the delivery of immersive, content-driven commerce experiences.
