SAP.iO Foundry Tel Aviv, SAP’s startup accelerator program, is opening its next cycle and looking for startups that offer new ways for brands to improve consumer engagement. We are specifically looking for marketing and commerce related solutions in the Consumer Industries.


The SAP.iO Foundry startup accelerator program was founded in 2017 and targets startups who have identified that a partnership with SAP can open the door to global markets and a rich customer base that would be otherwise very challenging to access directly. Today, the SAP.iO program takes place in eight strategic hubs globally, including New York, San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Tokyo, Paris, Munich, and Singapore. Each location runs two program cycles a year, each cohort with a focus on a different industry. Over the course of 12 weeks, selected startups will work closely with SAP to define joint solutions for the market, will receive technical assistance in integrations into SAP solutions, and get support in engaging with global SAP customers in the Consumer Industries field. This is a virtual startup program and it is open to startups from around the world, beginning in April 2021.



 

Searching For Solutions in Consumer Industries

The cascade of new trends from within the consumer products industry, coupled with the need to rethink consumer engagement, strengthens the need for consumer products companies to cultivate innovation coming from startups and new technologies. Consumer products companies are increasingly looking to startups and new technologies to drive their own innovation efforts. Through SAP.iO Foundries, SAP can support its clients as they drive their innovation agendas and transformations, provide them with insights into new future areas, and extend SAP’s ecosystem and network of partners.

For SAP.iO Foundry Tel Aviv's upcoming Consumer Industries program, we are looking for enterprise software startups that offer one of the following solutions in marketing or commerce:

  • Personalized marketing content and offers (e.g. product-messaging matching)

  • New ways for product discovery and trial

  • Social engagement and commerce -Increase brands social engagement efficiency and effectiveness

  • Improved segmentation, targeting and consumer experience through first party consumer data and insights

  • New business models for direct-to-consumer marketing and commerce

  • Innovative integration use cases with Emarsys, SAP's latest acquisition and a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform


The virtual program is designated for B2B enterprise software startups from all over the world that have raised seed or Round A funding, and whose strategic roadmap includes an integration with SAP or an integration is a requirement from a customer.
