How to create a SAP Workflow Report which has all the Items Pending in SAP User's Inbox for Action?

Introduction

Every Customer who uses SAP will eventually use SAP Workflow for some Approval or Dialog process that requires timely Action. Every Project I go after implementing SAP Workflow I have to Implement a Workflow Report which has all the Items pending in SAP User's Inbox for Action. This Blog can be used both in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA

 

Solution

 

Login to SAP.

 

Create an ABAP Query using the following Join Condition.

 

Below is the Selection Screen

 

Below is the Report Layout

 

 

Execute with the Following Selection Screen Parameter.

 

 

Below is the Output
