When I tried to upgrade from SAP BI4.3 Patch 1 (14.3.0.3569) to SAP BI 4.3 SP01 (using BIPLATS4301_0-70002684_P1/P2), getting Error as Administrator password is wrong, However I am able to login CMS App and CCM without any issues with same password. even I took care no special characters in Admin Password. its an SSL Enabled Environment. could you please suggest how to overcome this error and upgrade it successfully.
Thanks,
Narayan.
Corba SSL must be disabled before upgrades
its documented in upgrade guide and best practices KBA's
Thanks Denis, I am able to Upgrade to BI4.3 SP1 after disabling and deleing CER entries from Registry.
However the update took almost 15 hrs to update successfully and after update couple of issues
all schedule reports are failing and unable to view any webi report getting 'Not Found (RWS 00005)' error.
After Physical restart of Windows server all are working fine.
