SAP Enterprise Support Reporting Cockpit has replaced the pdf-based SAP Enterprise Support report cloud edition
After successful transition phase SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit released in the first version in December 2019 and live for main cloud solutions and has replaced the pdf-based SAP Enterprise Support report cloud edition.
The content available previously in the pdf-based report has been completely transformed into the interactive cockpit, it has been improved and extended. Now in the cockpit you can use provided filters and customization and personalization features to focus on the content you are interested in and create a tailored reporting according to your individual needs.
Additionally to the cloud solutions available in the pdf-based report we included into the cockpit the SAP Cloud Platform (SAP SCP) solution.
To complete this change from the pdf-based report to the interactive cockpit the tile Support Report Document – On Premise & Cloud has been renamed to Support Report Document – On Premise on December the 1st, 2020. This reflects the fact that the functionality concerning cloud solutions is being removed completely from the application. The same information that was accessible via this application (and. even more) can now be consumed via the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit.
On-premise pdf based SAP Enterprise Support report stays untouched as long as on-premise content will get available in the cockpit. You can continue to create the pdf-based SAP Enterprise Support report in SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
