En este blog post, voy a hablar de la
Resolución DIAN 0070 Formato 2276, y como ustedes pueden saber más acerca de los cambios en el sistema para HCM Colombia.
Como probablemente ya sabrán, en Colombia, la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN ha publicado esta resolución, que es válida a partir del 01 de abril de 2021.
De acuerdo al artículo 35 de esta resolución, la información (XML) del Certificado de Ingresos y Retenciones se debe reportar con Formato 2276 Versión 3, como podemos ver abajo (

"ARTÍCULO 35. INFORMACIÓN DE INGRESOS Y RETENCIONES POR RENTAS DE TRABAJO Y DE PENSIONES. Las personas y entidades señaladas en el artículo 1 de la presente resolución, que realicen pagos o abono en cuenta por concepto de rentas de trabajo y de pensiones, durante el año gravable, deberán reportar la siguiente información, de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos en el Formato 2276 Versión 3."
Siendo así, este cambio legal puede impactar la solución de SAP HCM Colombia, más precisamente el reporte del Certificado de Ingresos y Retenciones (HCOCERT0), y el formato del archivo XML generado por el sistema.
En el momento, SAP está trabajando en el impacto de este cambio legal y analizando qué debe cambiarse en el sistema estándar, para cumplir con estos cambios legales.

In this blog post, I am going to talk about the DIAN Resolution 0070 Format 2276, and how you can learn more about the system changes for HCM Colombia.
As you may already know, in Colombia, the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN has published this resolution, which is valid from 1 April 2021.

Therefore, this legal change can impact the SAP HCM Colombia solution, more precisely the Certificate of Income and Withholdings (HCOCERT0) report, and the format of the XML file generated by the system.
Currently, SAP is working on the impact of this legal change and analyzing what must be changed in the standard system, to comply with these legal changes.
