Olá pessoal,
O governo brasileiro recentemente publicou a aprovação da versão S-10 do eSocial, com informações sobre o que muda com o novo layout. Portanto, nesse blog post você encontrará as seguintes atualizações sobre essa mudança legal:
- Período de convivência dos layouts.
- O que será contemplado nas primeiras entregas.
- Datas importantes e previsão de entregas SAP.
Período de convivência dos layouts
Por via de regra, o eSocial suporta apenas uma versão. Porém, levando em conta que todo o processo de implantação será no decorrer dos próximos meses, ambas as versões poderão ser utilizadas durante esse período para os ambientes de produção e produção restrita. Ou seja, durante esse período, que será entre
maio e novembro de 2021, ambos os layouts poderão coexistir e o governo receberá ambas as versões.
Entretanto, essa regra não se aplica aos eventos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST), que serão aceitos pelo governo federal apenas na nova versão S-1.0. Portanto, para enviar eventos SST, será necessário fazê-lo utilizando o novo layout, mas os demais poderão ser enviados na versão atual 2.5, respeitando os prazos de implantação determinados para cada grupo.
O que será contemplado nas primeiras entregas
Nas primeiras entregas, disponibilizaremos os DDICs correspondentes e
transformation (XML) dos eventos SST e setor público, além de atualizações na assistência ao usuário e documentação de produto.
Estamos organizando as entregas dessa forma para que os parceiros tenham tempo hábil de fazer seus respectivos desenvolvimentos.
Nota:
Lembrando que SST e setor público está fora do nosso escopo, portanto, entregaremos apenas seus respectivos DDICs e
transformation (XML) para que os parceiros possam desenvolver com base nisso.
Previsão de entregas SAP
A previsão de entregas do novo layout será conforme abaixo:
- Fase 1 - Dados de dicionário e transformation (XML) de eventos SST e setor público: 31 de janeiro de 2021.
- Fase 2 - Dados de dicionário, extração e arquivos XML de eventos de tabela: 28 de fevereiro de 2021.
- Fase 3 - Dados de dicionário, extração e arquivos XML de eventos não periódicos: 30 de abril de 2021.
- Fase 4 - Dados de dicionário, extração e arquivos XML de eventos periódicos: 30 de junho de 2021.
Nota:
Essas datas são uma previsão de entrega e qualquer mudança será previamente informada através dos canais oficiais da SAP.
Datas importantes
- Ambiente de teste: 1º de março de 2021.
- Go-live: 10 de maio de 2021.
- Go-live SST: junho de 2021.
A partir dessa data serão aceitos apenas eventos SST que estejam no layout S-1.0. Durante esse período, até novembro, ambos os layouts poderão coexistir.
- Validade da versão 2.5: 9 de novembro de 2021.
A partir dessa data o governo federal não irá mais aceitar nenhum evento que não esteja na versão S-1.0, portanto, todas as empresas já deverão ter concluído suas respectivas implantações.

Hi everyone,
The Brazilian government recently published the approval of the S-10 version of the eSocial, with information about what changes in its new layout. Therefore, in this blog post you will find the following updates about this legal change:
- Lifetime of both layouts.
- What will be covered in the first deliveries.
- Key dates and SAP deliveries.
Lifetime of both layouts of Layouts
As a rule, eSocial supports only one version. However, considering that the entire implementation process will be over the next few months, both versions can be used during this period for production environments and restricted production. That is, during this period, which will be between May and November 2021, both layouts may coexist, and the government will receive both versions.
However, this rule does not apply to SST events, which will be accepted by the federal government only in the new version S-1.0. Therefore, to send SST events, it will be necessary to use the new layout, but the others can be sent in the current version 2.5, respecting the deployment deadlines set for each group.
What will be included in the first deliveries
In the first deliveries, we will make available the corresponding DDICs and transformation (XML) of the SST and public sector events, as updates to user assistance and product documentation.
We are organizing deliverables in this way so partners have time to make their respective developments.
Note:
Remember that SST and public sector is out of our scope, then we will only deliver their respective DDICs and transformation (XML) to enable partners to develop on that.
SAP deliveries
The planned deliveries of the new layout will be as follows:
- Phase 1 - Dictionary and Transformation Data (XML) of SST events and public sector: January 31, 2021.
- Phase 2 - Dictionary data, extraction and XML files of table events: February 28, 2021.
- Phase 3 - Dictionary data, extraction and XML files of non-periodic events: April 30, 2021.
- Phase 4 - Dictionary data, extraction and XML files of periodic events: June 30, 2021.
Note:
These dates are a delivery plan and any changes will be reported in advance via SAP’s official channels.
Key Dates
- Test environment: March 1, 2021.
- Go-live: May 10, 2021.
- Go-live SST: June 2021.
As of this date, only SST events that are in layout S-1.0 will be accepted. During this period, until November, both layouts may coexist.
- Validity of version 2.5: November 9, 2021.
As of this date, the federal government will no longer accept any events that are not in S-1.0, as a result all companies must have already completed their respective deployments.
