The program can’t start because oracore11.dll is missing from your computer

While connecting  your Oracle database you might face below error saying ” the program can’t start because oracore11.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Resolution:

In My Computer > Properties Advanced system settings > Environment Variables.

Select the PATH variable in the System Variables panel, and click Edit.

In the Edit System Variable box, add the path to ORACLE_HOME at the start of the PATH variable.
