Sessions I’m looking forward to at SAP TechEd 2020

This year, SAP TechEd is bigger than ever. In two short days, SAP and customer presenters will deliver 370 total hours of content and training – all online. This will be spread across 8 interest-based tracks and 528 engaging sessions. Expect to connect with the experts of today so you can be the expert of tomorrow. All attendees will get first-hand insights into technology, development and future trends, and there is no limit to your engagement. Exploring SAP Data Warehouse Cloud from A to Z [ANA364]

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is the next generation state of the art cloud-based Analytics and Data Warehouse solution from SAP. I am curious and excited to learn about the new features and integrations that DWC has.

For TechEd, I am most excited about two customer sessions that Customer Innovation will be delivering with some key SAP customers:

First is Accelerating Innovation and Transformation During a Global Crisis [CT100]

Clay Townsend, Director of Enterprise Data Services for Parkland Health and Hospital System joins us for a live session to talk about how our SAP COVID innovations and the BTP supported the quick implementations of the innovations for Parkland. The SAP COVID co-innovations recently won two gold awards at the International Customer Experience Awards (iXCA).

Second is Innovate with Our Human-Centered Approach and Learn from Customer Stories [DEV118]

Three SAP customers (Roche, Boston University and TIBCO) join us to talk about their experiences with SAP’s Human-centered Approach to innovation. This on-demand session is a wonderful opportunity to hear directly from some of SAP’s customers. It’s a session not to miss and you can watch it whenever it fits into your agenda.

Royal Greenland, Digitalizing the Daily Catch with Mobile Apps [CT103]

With this app, sustainability goals are supported, and due to the applied human-centered-approach to innovation from SAP, the users were involved & highly engaged very early on during the design process. The high number or fisherman that are looking forward to downloading the new app and submitting their data is a great sign of success.

The digital engagement model is a framework that helps you explore use cases, get guidance, and move all the way to adoption.
