SAP Intelligent RPA 2.0 – Today is THE day: Join the future of automation!

Dear SAP community members,

Today is a very special day! It’s an absolute pleasure for me to be writing this SAP Community blog post. The reasoning is two folded. First, it´s my very first SAP blog post which I am sharing at all as part of my new role. And second, the tremendous opportunity for our customers as part of task and process automation for citizen developers which we release today.

On October 1^st I joined an amazing team of RPA enthusiasts as Head of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation Solution Management. Since then, this new topic has fully captured my attention as I am truly excited about how we can help our customers with their digital transformation with agility while becoming more resilient.

It has been talked a lot about how traditional Business Process Management and task automation is evolving into Hyperautomation, a term developed by Gartner.
