Reject All Behavior in Manage Service Order App

This Blog is to give an insight into Reject All behavior in Manage Service Order App. In S/4HANA cloud edition.

Reject All Functionality:

Note: On click of “Reject All” all items in service order that are not “completed” or “rejected” will be rejected.

Given below are the details with respect to the behavior of Service Order Rejection in each of the scenarios.

Case 1.

If all the items in the service order are “Completed” or “Rejected” and the user clicks “Reject All” button on the Service Order, then the user is provided the message “Service order items cannot be rejected

Case 2.

If some items in the service order (more than one) are “Completed” or “Rejected” and the user clicks “Reject All” button on the Service Order then the user is provided the message “Some items can’t be rejected as they are already completed or rejected”.

If only one item in the service order is “completed” or “rejected” then the user is provided the message “Service order item <item number> cannot be rejected
