1. Does the Receivables Management solution replace or complement ECC FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)?
   In ECC, the modules around dispute, collections and credit were named FSCM. When moving to SAP S/4HANA, it was renamed to RM (Receivables Management). So, the basic processes are identical, however as mentioned there are process enhancements that will only be available in SAP S/4HANA since our current roadmap only delivers functionality for core SAP S/4HANA components and no longer for ECC. An exception are the cloud platform solutions, since they can also be connected to ECC and therefore improve existing processes in ECC


2. Where can I find more detailed information about all functionalities Receivables Management (RM) covers?

3. Is integration between FI - AR and Collections Management real-time in SAP S/4HANA?
   Yes, the information the collector sees when opening the customer contact details and invoice lists is real-time and exactly identical to what he would see in FI-AR transactions such as FBL5N, but enriched with credit, dispute and collection information.
