Automatic Release AP Invoices for Customer Projects (55T)
The solution provides increased efficiency and simplifies the with efficient way to perform the Accounts Payable processes with significant reduction in the repetitive process involving lots of manual efforts.
In large organizations with Accounts Payable (Pay when Paid) processes, Thousands of sub-contractor invoices are received each month, and it will be impossible to match each of them with the related Customer Invoice manually. Pay When Paid is an industry standard and cannot be done away.
A means is required to match the Sub-Contractor invoice with the related Customer In-voice automatically. If the matching Customer Invoice identified, then it can be tracked daily to see if it paid. With this scope item we provide an efficient way to release AP in pay when paid process, avoiding the manual time-consuming effort to release multiple AP in SAP S/4HANA.
SAP Intelligent RPA bot match the customer invoice with the subcontractor invoice. Bot will check if the document is paid, if not, then bot check if document reached due date and carries out various checks to have the Accounts Payable document unblocked and release for payment. Log report will be sent to receipts through email.

Automatic Business Partners update based on the Employees master data (55D)
With this scope item, we deliver more advanced automation features, allowing Master Data Specialist to reduce manual effort with repeated system operation. The Master Data Specialist create the Business Partners in SAP S/4HANA for the employees based on the master data which is fetched from Success Factor. The employees bank details are also updated automatically.
It is mandatory to confirm the critical changes to the data such as bank details of the affected Business Partner. When there is spike in the number of new employees or when the bank details are updated in Success Factors, “confirming” the sensitive data manually involve risk for errors in the system and consumes valuable time of the senior staff.
The 'Automatic Business Partners Update Based on the Employees Master Data' process bot automates the task of confirming the bank details of the Business Partners into the S/4HANA systems. Business user provide the filters for the SAP Intelligent RPA bot to fetch the Business Partners list. The list will be used by the bot to confirm bank details of each Business Partner.
Intelligent bots can take smarter decisions, cut across organizational barriers by driving optimal process modelling for maximum efficiency in delivery processes.

Proof of Delivery - Automatic Confirmation (4OP)
Digital assistant RPA bot perform Proof of Delivery operational work on user’s behalf in SAP S/4HANA Cloud by reading information from input documents (Excel).
In large companies, Shipping Specialists on a daily basis would have to process a list of open outbound deliveries available in the system. Proof of Delivery has to be recorded for every outbound delivery, which is relevant. These activities are repetitive and time consuming. This bot eliminates the manual effort in performing the Proof of delivery for relevant orders. This process bot provides a mass-change capability that includes performing Proof of delivery for all Outbound deliveries where Goods issue has been completed. It reads from Excel or Query and performs the Proof of Delivery (POD) over relevant deliveries. It will be useful to the SAP S/4HANA users, mainly Shipping Specialists, who are responsible for managing the Outbound Deliveries.
