Technical Communication Users are created and maintained in the Technical Communication Users application instead of the usual User Management application for S-User IDs. You cannot use this ID to manually log on to SAP websites such as the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Only super administrators and user administrators have access to the Technical Users application.
