Built using SAP Business Technology Platform – A Transportation Portal along with SAP Conversational AI ChatBot enhances the overall user-experience of the external users.

  • Easy Navigation: Enter the tasks to be performed and the bot can help you navigate to the right application.

  • Get Order Status: Provide Sales Order number and get the real-time execution status of its Freight Order in SAP TM.

  • Track Shipments/Calculate Shipping Costs: Package tracking could not be more easier. I integrated with UPS to bring in tracking and shipping costs information without having to create an order in SAP TM or your ERP system.
    Provide size and location information to get shipping costs or tracking a package with Carrier’s Tracking ID or PRO Number.

  • Report Incidents: Enable users to report issues directly into the Support systems like JIRA. Using “Connect to External Service” action to integrate with third party applications.
